For all you using GNOME/Linux, if you’re oldskool and cool, you’ve used blackbox/hackedbox/openbox/fluxbox/windowmaker.
These window managers have the alt+rightmouse resize trick. In GNOME this is: alt+middlemouse / alt+bothmouse, THIS IS GREAT! thanks aczid!
If you want to use GNOME and japanese input, I’ve come across this thing. It’s a good substitute for kinput2

Samsung toys I already liked the D600 phone and was planning to buy it. But there are some nice new phones coming in from korea, like this SPH-2300 (left). Samsung is getting more and more popular everyday I notice. This could be because of the stylish products and advertising, but the technology seems nice as well! The D600 with its tv-out and MPEG4 is already an old model now! And what about this HDSDPA R&D (HDSPA = 3.5G mobile connectivity). Another example is this neat portable beamer. This beamer was already expected, because of the constantly improving LED technologies. Samsung is one of the first to make a commercial product out of it I think. |
